Intercom

Sync Intercom contacts and events into Deckle.

Add Deckle as an Intercom webhook. New contacts and users become Deckle contacts, and other topics become events for lifecycle and re-engagement email.

Set it up#

  1. Click Connect to generate your endpoint URL and signing secret.
  2. In Intercom, add a webhook pointed at the endpoint URL and set the signing secret.
  3. Trigger a test event — the contact or event appears in Deckle within seconds.

How data maps#

  • contact.* / user.* → contact
  • other topics → event (topic name)

Requests are verified via the x-hub-signature header using your signing secret.
